Applications are invited for a full-time locum consultant anaesthetist at Queen Charlotte's & Chelsea and Hammersmith Hospitals. This post requires subspecialty interest, experience and training in Obstetric Anaesthesia. The successful applicant will be joining a small and dedicated team of 8 Obstetric Anaesthetic Consultants and will also be required to participate in the anaesthetic service for our other surgical sub-specialities in the fields of renal transplant surgery, gynae-oncology, hepatobiliary and endocrine surgery.

The job is paid as 10 PA’s per week, 9 DCC and 1 SPA. The successful applicant will be part of the dedicated Obstetric Anaesthetic on-call rota and there will also be sessions at the Charing Cross site one day per week.

Visiting the department is highly recommended and welcome a discussion of job plans, flexibility and future directions of the department.

Applicants are required to have full GMC registration/license and inclusion on the Specialist Register of the General Medical Council.
