Band 5 Nurse Outpatients Part Time

We are seeking for enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our busy Main Outpatient department at Hammersmith hospital. This is a substantive part- time band 5 post which will be 2 working days (16 hours) weekly.

The post holders will be proactive, patient orientated, with a passion to continuously improving patient experience, working with the Multidisciplinary team.

You will be working in diverse clinical specialties which include Dermatology, Cardiology, Respiratory, Rheumatology Vascular, General Medicine and General Surgical clinics. The role is aimed to ensure the provision of expert evidence based practice in order to achieve high service quality.

Previous knowledge and experience in the health prevention and health promotion activities is essential along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.

The postholder will have regular contact with vulnerable people and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
