Band 5 - Registered Nurse

Hammersmith Hospital is ICHT’s specialist hospital renowned for its strong research connections based in East Acton.   It offers a range of services including renal, haematology, cancer and cardiology care, and provides the regional specialist heart attack centre.

The Cardiac Directorate based at Hammersmith Hospital are seeking experienced nurses who are quality driven and have a passion for cardiology & medical patients. 

C8 Ward (Cardiology Step down) 

C8 is a 15 bedded cardiology ward for those patients who have more complex needs post procedure, prior to discharge and palliative care.  This ward is multi-disciplinary led with daily ward rounds from both the Cardiology and Medicine for the Elderly consultants.

We are keen to hear from compassionate and sensitive nurses who can assist with our quality agenda, maintain standards and delivery holistic care.  

We are looking for motivated individuals who are driven to deliver patient centred care and facilitate complex discharges for our more dependent patient group.    

We offer opportunities for further specialist study and you will be supported by a highly visible senior nursing team.

All posts are full time with internal rotation onto long days and night duty.
