This Locum Consultant post (for six months initially) fits in with long-term strategic planning for cardiothoracic surgery at Imperial.  As well as providing a clinical service in all aspects of thoracic surgery, the postholder will contribute to the expansion of thoracic surgery at Imperial in order to serve the needs of our growing referral base. In addition, the postholder will provide surgical support to the Major Trauma Centre at St Mary’s Hospital. Preference will be given to candidates with proven skills in advanced minimally-invasive surgery and evidence of team working within the NHS.

Applicants must be on the GMC's specialist register with a license to practice, or be within 6 months of being admitted by the date of interview.
