By providing a swift and seamless discharge process, you will play an invaluable part in providing a positive patient experience and will have a significant impact in supporting our hospitals to operate effectively.

Building great relationships and offering clear communication is key as we promote collaborative working with other nursing teams, adult services and our clinical commissioning partners to keep our patient’s length of stay to a minimum. We are also looking for those who are able to take a leading role in both multidisciplinary teams and in family meetings. And of course, we would expect you to have great specialist knowledge about continuing health care options.

You will become part of a team with a wealth of experience, both clinically and administratively, who will be able to offer you support, training and guidance as you develop your career with us. Our team members have an excellent track record for career progression, whether it is into more senior nursing roles or into service or business management.

All of our team receive specialist training on the NHS framework for continuing care.
