We are looking for an experienced senior Recruitment Manager who can lead and manage both the Recruitment Operations team and the Recruitment Business Partners on a day-to-day basis to create a centre of excellence for the delivery of a wide range of recruitment services and candidate attraction strategies.

Accountable to the Head of Recruitment, you will  create a high performing, empowered and engaged team leading both the account management relationships with Divisions to ensure that recruitment needs are met and relationships managed at a high level as well as overseeing the recruitment operations process ensuring a slick and efficient advertising, selection and pre-employment service.

Working with key stakeholders, you will create attraction strategies that source the right volume and calibre of candidates for divisions and directorates across Imperial, developing assessment and selection strategies and practices that recruit the best quality of staff whilst ensuring that all the transactional and process elements of the service are operating effectively.

You will lead the continuous development of the candidate attraction and recruitment operations service, delivering efficiencies through innovation, to ensure a timely, efficient and commercially viable service is provided to all users in accordance with Trust values, objectives, quality standards and budgetary controls.
