The learning and development team based at W12 Conferences at Hammersmith hospital is looking to appoint a Learning & Development administrator to support the management of various courses, programmes and events for internal staff and our future workforce.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the learning and development team on a 12 month secondment or fixed term contract.  If you thrive in a fast moving, busy environment and are looking for a challenge, you could be just the person we are looking for

The main focus of the role will be managing work experience placements, course bookings, apprenticeship enquiries and providing support with general course and event management. This role is vital link between the L&D team and the wider workforce, ensuring that staff access development activities and our future workforce have meaningful work experience opportunities.

Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as word processing and IT skills. The successful applicant will be expected to effectively prioritise work and meet multiple deadlines.  You will use your customer service experience and confident telephone manner to organise work experience placements across the Trust and effectively promote our suite of courses.
