An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Nursing Directorate’s Education Team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust due to the promotion of the current post holder.

We are looking for a highly skilled and able senior nurse to lead the education portfolio for undergraduate and post graduate training for nurses and midwives across the Trust.

You must be passionate about education, be keen to develop and improve learning opportunities for our staff; be able to influence and negotiate with other partners responsible for the delivery of education, and be committed to improving practice through education and research.

The right candidate will be a highly motivated educator who will also lead the development and support of apprenticeships and career and development pathways for staff.

This is a far reaching and demanding role requiring a strategic approach for someone who is committed to improvements to patients care through learning and development.
